Name: KinderKrisp (Child of the Honeycrisp!) 

Origin: The KinderKrisp apple was developed in 2017 by independent fruit breeder David MacGregor out of South Haven, Minnesota! The KinderKrisp apple is a child of the Honeycrisp apple.

Appearance: The KinderKrisp looks similar to the Honeycrisp, as it should! The KinderKrisp is bright red with faint white speckles.

Flavor: It’s as perfectly sweet as it is crisp!

Texture: Crisp

Season: Early September

Storage: 1-3 months refrigerated

Use: Incredible eating and snack apple. Perfect for kids' lunch boxes! Also a star feature in baking & cooking, especially in apple crisp!
